Have some clothing items that I will never wear again... prom dresses, almost new jeans, shirts, shoes, etc. Where do you think I would get the most money for that kind of stuff? Any other ideas for selling?

We need to make some cash for our wedding this July since we're paying for it ourselves... and I need to get rid of a bunch of stuff that I won't ever use again and that is taking up space in my house.

Thanks in advance! :)

well consignment shops will only give you half of whatever they would sell it for... so, most things like jeans go for around 10 bucks there, so it would be about 5 dollars to you... if you sold it on ebay you will be able to list the at around 10 dollars, but then pay the 2 dollar fee, and then it might not sell,. so it really depends,,you might want to take your REALLY NICE things and sell them on ebay, and then your so so stuff to a consignment shop, but best of luck ♥

Consignment shops commonly take a minimum of one million/3 of the promoting fee, so with all issues being equivalent, you've to do the mathematics. If the belongings you've has more than a number of charm, you'll have sturdy success on eBay. i might want to really instruct the garments on someone and far of closeups. i purchase outfits on eBay and discover some very eye-catching deals. even as making use of eBay, you ought to guage the expenses and the delivery fee.

Definately a consigment shop. No one really buys clothes like that on ebay. A lot of people go to consignment shops and you could probably get a couple bucks for each thing so it would be more worth it.

ebay. consignment shops nly give you about half the profit, usually less. trust me, my major sells things throuhg a consignment shop (of course they don't really get bought because the school decides to over price them, but...) and you only get 50% of it at most. ebay you get the whole shebang! or try a garage sale and sell refreshments at it. my town does something like this every year. there's a day the whole town (ok, not everyone) has a garage sale, and some people sell lemonade at thier garage sales. see if your town does this. my town publoshes a list of everyone having a sale so people can make their rounds.
