You should tell him.
As a man, I would want to know the circumstances of why, and by whom, my woman was receiving roses on Valentine's Day, just as some reassurance that my woman is still honest and loyal.

Depends how "close" this friend is. If you have ever planned to cheat on your boyfriend with this other guy, then no. If more he is a counseling buddy, meaning you're able to chat about whatever with him and trust him, but you both know it wont go beyond that, then it is ok as long as you tell your boyfriend what kind of friend this guy is. Your boyfriend will still be annoyed, but its a natural reaction. Just tell your boyfriend how you liked his presents.
Also there is an dont ask dont tell rule you can try out.

If you want to be honest with him, then tell him. However be prepared to answer questions like "how close are you to this friend overseas?" Make sure he does not feel that he is the fill-in boyfriend until your 'overseas friend' returns.
Personally, I'd hide them and say nothing, lol. Probably not the best way - or maybe it is. You know him best.

by no ability, yet when he would not go back the pick you'd be in a position to inform no matter if he regrets it or no longer. My ex boyfriend did not get me a present for 15 August 1945 after courting formally 2 months to boot...yet I were given him one, and he regarded so depressed and ran away and made me a CD and a card and gave me a toy. XD i replaced into 15, and he replaced into 16

I would cater to his ego and let him know that his one rose means more to you than the other bunch you got. Then, push him down and tell him that your friend is never going to get to have you no matter how many roses he send you, and start having wild monkey sex with your boyfriend.

A hard one defo.
I think its always important to be honest. If he freaks then it will be better than if he found out later. If he is worried about your relationship then it is the way you react around him that will reassure him, not hiding the truth.
I mean, what if he bought you two presents? And if the rose from him is the most important, then show him!

tell him......just don't tell him it was a bunch of roses because he will feel that his one rose was s h i t compared to the large bunch.....and that would put a big hurt to his self esteem......stay with one rose and throw the rest away......honesty is good, but to much honesty can also hurt.......and men are pretty good at keeping quiet when it comes to their self esteem being hurt.

honesty is the best policy if had a gf and she got something from a "close friend" i would rather her tell me then me finding out... Just tell him how you feel and everything will come alright in the end just listen to your heart and it will guide you but definitely tell him he wont get mad or sad i know i wouldn't

Tell him! If you don't and then he finds out, it might raise suspicion. Just make sure that when you do, tell him that those don't mean anything to you, and that his is very special.

I don't think guys think that girls can be friends with another guy unless there is something going on. I don't think I would tell him.
