I work in close quarters with a female coworker of mine. We get along quite well. She has definitely flirted with me but I always think she is just joking. Now it seems she is getting closer to me when we are at work. When we sit next to each other we always end up close enough to make contact with each other. And when this happens we maintain the contact for a while but nothing is said. I like it, but I don't know if this means anything to her. Maybe she is just confortable with me.

start to act like more then friends. Flirt with her a lot and smile and brush against her arm or something. Show her that you like her. But be yourself!!!! If she returns the hints then she is probably feeling the chemistry, but it seems to me she already does! GOOD LUCK!
