Slim Browser - can anyone tell me the best way of downloading this? I'm slightly confused.?

I tried downloading this from a site and it gave me the option of running or saving the file called something like sbsetup.exe. So I saved it to my desktop but then when I clicked on it afterwards it told me that the publisher was unknown and unverified and that the product didn't have a valid digital signature. I don't really know what this means so I deleted it from the desktop. Any advice would be appreciated!

There will be a lot of software that will come as unknown, as long as u have a anti virus. GO Ahead and download it!
