I couldn't find it in the regular bake neds section of the store, where can i get some from?

Whole Foods carries egg replacer. One is made by Ener-G and is a dry boxed mix.

You can usually find Egg Beaters or a Store Brand Egg Replacement in the milk dept. of the store. Have you thought about powdered eggs?

There is a product called "Egg Beaters" at the store. You find them in the refrigerated section.
