If the chocolates are See's, eat them. Try to save them and have one a day. If they are cheapy ickie ones give them away. As for me, I got a box of See's this morning and have already eaten half the box. I will go back on my diet when they are all gone. Oink!

Tell yourself that for every chocolate you eat, you will satisfy your bf.
You might still finish the chocolates, but think of the fun later. And the exercise will help burn the calories.

Close your eyes, throw all the sweets away, watch a DVD or talk with a friend and try to forget about them. You should avoid sweets because thus you will become healthy and more beautiful... Just try it is worthwhile! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!

just set a limit for your self 2 a day and when you have eatn' 2 then take the rest and put them away!
