The recipe:

Ingredients :
750 gr of pastry flower
270 gr of milk
70 gr of fresh yeast
3 eggs et 2 egg yellows
15 gr of salt
1/2 bag of vanilla sugar
400 gr of butter
500 gr sugar in big pieces

Preparation :
Mix al ingredients except for the butter and the big pieces of sugar.
Let it rest for 30 min, with a towel over it.
Mix the butter in slowly, then the sugar.

Cut it in pieces of 100 gr.
Heath the waffle iron.
Cook the waffles +/- 3 min.

Enjoy!

(PS: the waffles from Brussels are different, they don't have the melted sugar inside)
