No dude. That would be majorly bad Karma. If you rat her out, you're pretty much guarantying that some video of you masturbating will end up on youtube.
Don't exploit her sexuality- which should be intensely personal- to try and get money. That's a really dick thing to do anyway.

Don't you hate that when that happens? I search people's bags by accident all the time, why, just last week I accidentally searched this bag of someone sitting next to me on the bus and I found $200!
Or, just in case anyone's sarcasm detectors are turned off, I don't believe a word you're saying. Just leave your sister alone (if you even have a sister), it's none of your business what she has or doesn't have in her bag. And if she wears crotchless pants so what, unless she's really really young that's her business & of her boyfriend and none of yours.

2. Tell your mother. I assume that you and your sister are both quite young, and the behavior associated with those pants is of great concern. Your parents might look into getting some help for your sister from a psychologist, for example.
