If they lie, then thats a sin isnt it? They would only lie if they thought that their was no heaven or hell...meaning they arent really christians.

HAHA! I knew it! Most of you hate the idea of jesus being gay!

I find it funny, how intolerant some of you are!

If you hate the idea of a gay JESUS, i'm afraid of what you put gays through

Good question although you might want to restate it somehow (as not to offend). Jesus was middle-eastern, not white as commonly depicted in modern paintings.

And to answer your question, If so and he had irrefutablte evidence that he was the messiah, then without hesitation I would fall to the ground in worship.

Edit: Thats why I said might, Its not directly offensive but could be confused as an insult.

Well, Jesus certainly wasn't the white, blond-haired blue-eyed person he is usually depicted as. His skin was as dark as anyone else's who lived in the part of the world. I'd love to see a picture of him looking like that.

As far as being gay.....that was -- and is -- an abomination to God so Jesus was not gay.

Sure John was his good friend simply by being the youngest -- but obviously far more deep in his spirituality by the depths of the Gospel he wrote. You cannot judge someone of a far different culture from a far different time according to today's norms.

Jesus could not be gay since he did the perfect will of the Father and the bible, which is God inspired, made it very clear that any sex outside marriage was a sin to God...and God designed marriage as between one man and one woman, so, Jesus could not be gay. As far as Him being black....there is a reason why the bible doesn't give a physical description of Jesus. He wanted us to concentrate on His words and actions, NOT on a physical characteristic, so to me I could care less what he looked like, I worship Him for His glory and listen to His words........

What do you mean "if"?

He wasn't exactly white now was He? (There's a good bit in the autobiography of Malcom X where Malcolm brings out all the arguments for him being darker than "mid brown" or whatever.)

Gay? We are taught nothing about Jesus' sexuality. Could be straight, could be gay, could be asexual.

If a black, gay, Jesus came and fulfilled the prophecy of the old testament, which the Jesus Christians worship did not do, I would accept him as saviour. There is no mention of the saviour's sexuality, or race. I'd also need to experience a miracle, or direct experience of God, since I am an agnostic.

If He was black and gay... yes I would love Him.

What does skin color have to do with this? Don't we have enough of the "racial" attacks in this world? I for one am sick of all races putting the others down.

Gay.. means happy, joyful right? So what's the big deal. OHHHHHHHHH you mean if He was black and homosexual right? Of course I would love Him.

Just because people are of a different skin color, gender... than myself... doesn't mean I don't love them any more... or less than self. I love all people, just don't love their sin.

But, He was not black nor white.. He was of the olive tone.. and He was not homosexual, just celibate.

That's just the kind of lesson Jesus would teach if he came back. If he came back today you can bet that he just might be black or gay! Which are both awesome! He would help us teach tolerance by coming back as black or gay.

PS.
God didn't teach anything. Man taught. In fact, Jesus in the bible never referenced homosexuality at all... Gays, Blacks, Mexicans, Iranians, circus freaks, Babtists, Germans, the list goes on and on and on and on of all things created by God and is equal and loved by God... Humans are the ones with all the damn hangups.

He isn't and hypothetically speaking - if He were gay - then there goes His purpose in creating man and woman.....who cares what color He is - probably from the region He's from He has olive skin anyway......

Well if Jesus was black Europeans would still have made him white in paintings and if he was gay, he still wasnt married as far as we know so that would be debatable anyways, and conservatives would say he wasnt

Definitely I don't think he was blondie and blue eyed, so the color isn't a problem, but I don't think that if he was gay, He'd be God, what kind of moral values could have taught??.
