hi everybody! happy valentine's day<3
well here's my problem... i really like this boy who i have known for mostly all of my life. we just got to be really good friends a few months ago. about a month ago i noticed that he started avoiding me and was starting to act very shy. he is the type of person i never thought i could say his name and shy in the same sentence! so i didn't get too worried for a while. then some of his friends told me that he really likes me and i don't trust them too much. then i asked a cousin of mine that is the same age as this boy, what he thought. he says that boys avoid girls that they like and their minds go blank when they are talking to the girl. my cousin flat-out asked him last week if he likes me and he nodded yes and was smiling. i dont know if i should ask the boy what he feels, because i'm afraid he wouldnt tell it directly to me. but we're friends and i think we should be able to say anything to each other. does anyone, especially boys, give help?

Until YOU talk to him...you'll never know. If you CAN'T talk to him...then you CAN'T blame anyone else but you. So go do it. Don't wait. Just do it. If he says no, then at least you know, and can move on. This way, you're just sitting dead in the water. GO!

It sounds like you guys like each other. You're scared to ask and he's scared to tell. I think the best way to get everything out in the open is to write him a letter. Tell him exactly how you feel and let him know you've been feeling the same way too. You already know he likes you, its not necessary to put him on the spot. Just start off with the letter and it will come up in conversation sooner or later. Maybe he'll even write back. Like I said, just write the letter and everything should work out.

I ain't no boy or anything, but gurl, he likes you, go out wit him. You really dont even have a problem, call him up and be like, you wanna go out? and get things started from there. good luck.

If you like him tell him you do then it will open the door from him to say he does as well or as least be able to show it.. This is the easy part..LOL

well, when you are friends with a guy it is harder for him to tell you that he wants to take the friendship to another level. i think that you should take it slow, and not push it too hard.
