Haha, this may sound creepy, but back then (and I still do) I made alternate email addresses without my name, just so I can talk to my crush and make them hunt me down. Haha, so maybe you should do that, and send the ecard as anonymous. See if she talks about it to her friends the next day, and if she looks excited, then maybe she's interested!

Don't worry about her response or if you even get one. Send it if you want to send it...as for what to say, say what's on your mind. I don't know your relationship to this person or why you're sending the ecard so can't suggest a suitable note to include.
