Then how come some Christians still opt to have plastic surgery (some of them are even teens or younger...)

Wouldn't that be an insult to their God for them not to accept what their God has given them?....

Anyone can justify anything if they try hard enough.

God loves me the way I am, but I still comb my hair (sometimes), trim my beard, and get the occasional haircut.
Plastic surgery? If someone is injured, and causes a really strange appearance, I think it is quite justifiable. Just to have bigger body parts? I'm afraid it's an awful waste of money.
Do many Christians do that? Or just some?
Maybe we should go on a moral crusade to condemn them, shouldn't we? We might get to feel really important doing that.

Vanity of Vanities all is Vanity: It says in the Book of Proverbs.

Still as much as God love as as we are deep inside no amount of Christian teaching would ever prevent a burn victim from having plastic surgery to better their life.

God wants us to Have Life and Enjoy it to the Fullest and if that means a noise job, well as long it is not to impress the world then I guess He is okay with that

Most of us christian's opt for surgeries because we believe in what tv and ads tell us we need to look like. Though I have had cosmetic surgery for my teeth, it was for health reasons (was unable to chew with my teeth with them located in thier location), most pray to god that he understands why they do it, that they do not suffer any problems when they go to heaven, etc.

I hope this helps.

i agree with the first person. just because a person is a christian doesn't mean that we are perfect. we actually live a harder life with satan trying to make us feel insecure and lonely and trying to decieve us. we're not perfect, and we know that God does love us but we have our ups and downs just like non-christians. don't you ever have a day when you feel fat, ugly, scared, lonely, or not good enough...? but the cool thing is, is that God really does love us and he accepts us as we are because Jesus made it possible. try not to judge others, rather may be look from their point of view...?

Why do people cut their hair, shave, or get body modifications? Wouldn't these, too, be disrespectful to "God"? It's because deep down, people care more about themselves than their supposed "God." Look at Sikhs or something-- they're hxc about THEIR god.

YHVH loves us so much He chooses not to leave us where we are, but save us. Likewise, some other aspects of our lives also could stand some improvement. The Almighty YHVH set up a system. He sent His “Son” YAHOSHUA to die for the sins of mankind so they would not have to. (They could choose to, but did not have to). Any person who chooses not to allow Yahoshua to take care of their sins, chooses to remain attached to their sins. They thus will wind up in the lake of fire which is YHVH’s method of cleaning this world, and eliminating sin and sinners. The Creator set aside the Seventh day for rest and worship. Yes that is the day usually called “Saturday”. We are not saved by obedience, we are saved by faith. However we are saved FOR obedience. As He said in John 14:15 (and in many other places) “If you love me, keep my commandments.

because god gave us the gift of choice, like to eat a apple or not, unfortunaly some people dont relize how many choices they have and go against gods wishes sometimes, thats why there is a phraize "wat would jesus do?' good choice or bad cohice?
