Happens to a LOT more people than you might think! In most cases it's just that the bladder hasn't developed enough to keep up with the demands of the rest of the body, and it will usually sort itself out in time, but there are things that can be done to help speed the process along in a lot of cases. The best bet is to get a referral to a urologist if you can; they can explain the options to you. The most important thing to know is that this is NOT your fault, and NOT anything to be ashamed of! In the meantime, just do the obvious stuff -- don't drink too much late at night; empty your bladder last thing before bed, and try to tell yourself you're going to wake up when your bladder gets full during the night, before it's too late... it may take some time, but before you know it, it'll start to work. I know it's hard, just hang in there and keep your head up though and you WILL get through it. :)

it is normal. people will eventually grow out of it. many people have this problem, but they keep it hidden. you have probably met them and didn't even though. anyway, it is fine. you will grow out of it, even if it takes a while. don't let it embarass you. some people have worse problems than that to deal with. just give it some time.

My brother went through this. Have you spoken with your doctor about it? You should be tested for diabetes, as well as a few other conditions. There are medications to treat this. See your doctor to make sure it's nothing serious.

have your parents take you to the doctor. You may possibly have an overactive bladder. Don't worry, there is medication that can help and it should not have many side effects.

It's not abnormal for it to happen on occasion, but if it's a regular occurence you should see a doctor.
