You need to take the lead. Just lean in a little at an appropriate time (private) and if she moves away then back off. Some girls are just shy but if she knows you almost kissed her, she might make herself ready for your next attempt. I was always extremely flattered when the boy would Ask me if he could kiss me!! Then I knew what was going on and that he was considerate enough to ask!! But be serious and don't embarrass her. @8-) Good Luck!! Enjoy your Youth and Your Strength!! You cant just go an kiss a girl....you have to be sure she like you first or ou guys just had a bonding moment..or something yu said was so weet that when you look in her eyes you know she into you..then u do it....BUT if she's not giving u eye contact or getting close to you...dont try it unless u can take rejection

you just need to pick the right time and place do something like that so that the girl doesn't feel like she is pressured to kiss you but if she wants you just kiss her if that is what she wants

there's very few times that are the WRONG time to kiss. funerals, right in front of the parents/grandparents....
but if she keeps backing away, its cause she doesn't want to kiss you, so stop trying.
