well first of all. every time you are with her offer her a peice of gum. that is the polite way of going about it. if you dont brush your teeth will rot. it can also turn into serious infections and can be life threating. if all elso fails. i would stay my distance until she gets her teeth fixed because its not very pleasant being around someone with terrible breath

If she does not brush her teeth, the plaque will build up and create tartar. The tartar eats away at the gum line and causes the roots of the teeth to decay.

Her breath smells because the plaque is building up on her tongue as well.

If she is a close friend, tell her. When her teeth began to decay the smell will become even worse.

You can start a conversation about this "great toothpaste" you recently bought and then ask what kind she uses. You will probably be able to lead the conversation that way. Yes, teeth can "rot" and fall out from lack of care. Maybe she was never taught the importance of brushing her teeth? Good luck!

She has to brush her teeth, the bacteria will end up making her sick. Her teeth will decay, and yes later on she will loose them. The smell alone, will stop people from being near her, and she will get depressed and then she will have more trouble. I would just tell her, no matter how it is told, It hurts or upsets you but someone has to tell her.

You have to explain to her that if you do not take good care of your teeth, they will ,over time get loose and fall out. When you do not brush everyday, you end up with gum disease, you will over time loose bone in your mouth, and the teeth will get loose and come out. If the teeth are not healthy, your body will not be healthy. Make her go to the dentist, and get those teeth cleaned, and believe me, the dentist will show her exactly what will happen, if she does not take care of her teeth. When you loose teeth, you will end up with a device in your mouth, like a bridge, and not only are they uncomfortable, but it is difficult sometimes to eat and drink, with that thing in your mouth. I had a friend that lost all of his top teeth, and had to spend a lot of money on implants. If she refuses to go to the dentist, and her breath is that bad, and it will get worse, I would say bye, bye, unless you go to the DENTIST. good luck..............

That's nasty! It depends on if she is a friend...workmate? Do you think other people notice? Do they talk about it? If they do, then you could take her aside and tell her that people are talking about it (I mean its not nice, but I would say its for her own good)...and yes her teeth will rot if she doesn't take care of them. Good luck, it would drive me bonkers, I feel your pain.

you never know, she might brush them. just offer her a mint or gum if her breath is bothering you. It would be embarassing for both of you if you started talking about her brushing habits

tooth decay...gum disease...but beyond oral health...high bloodpressure, diabetes, cancer... all kinds of health problems if you don't take care of your teeth. i just went for my 6 month cleaning last saturday, as a matter of fact. i love that fresh from the dentist clean feeling.
