What does it mean if somebody's aura is very static-y (for lack of better words)? I was looking at one of my professors lecturing today and noticed I couldn't see much distinct color with his aura, but it was very crackly, uneven, and staticy.

Any ideas? (I'm not asking for criticism here, just answers)

This is the first time I've seen something like this; I generally get a color and a smoother visual when I look at auras.

To Pangel: Yes it was moving with him...I know what an aura is and what it looks like. My question was, what if it is unusually uneven?

Generally its been my experiance that uneven and staticy means they are trying to shield themselves. hard to tell their mood / what will come next if all they project is static.

people can often confuse a natural occurence with an aura
and i say this as someone who sees auras
but when someone is speaking and we are intently listening , such as a professor ... then they are usually standing in one place and our eyes then play tricks on us
we then see a white haze around them
but that is only an optical illusion due to our focus
strangely enough i first noticed this with my own lecturer
the secret to whether it is an aura or not is...
if they move then so does the aura with them
if they move and you are left with the haze in the same place , then it is an illusion
hope this helps xx

Yea that's kind of what I see, actually when I look at my professors too, or anyone else for that matter with rare exception.
