Does sloppy joes and french fries sound good for supper? Haven't made that in a while.

Sounds good. It is even better when you don't used pre-prepared can or powder. My husband has an awesome recipe for it....and it is quite easy!
This recipe serves about 4.
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/4 pounds ground beef sirloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped finely
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste

The best sloppy joes are the ones you get in grade school. I am 47 so it is really hard for me to get a good sloppy joe these days. I have been kicked out of so many schools this year.

Well, personally I don't like sloppy joes but my kids would love that meal.. I don't make it often as the smell of the sauce isn't too appetizing to me..:)

I think so. I never use the canned stuff though. I cook the hamburger meat and add taco seasoning(powder), diced onions, and chopped up garlic. After I drain the grease I add some brown sugar and ketchup, salt and pepper. It is so YUMMY!!! Then I put it on a toasted bun. Yes, it is making me hungry now.

yes,put bread on plate with french fries and pour sloppy joe sauce on top of them....

I think you should make something more romantic like Lemon Chicken with Rice Pilaf & Asparagus.
