Lol, first off how old are you? if your still in the puberty age group you should shutup and wait until you finish puberty and then find some SAFE way to increase your growth, theirs possibly steriods but you dont wanna take that if they are not safe. Keyword DONT take them if they are not medically safe lol. Height mostly depends on the factor of genetics, if there were foods and all that crap then we would all be giants. This all has to do with science, they probably have some crap out there to alter height. Since steriods increase body mass and thats mostly the only way to do that big time i dont think the way to make your height better is any healthier. Ask your doctor, just drink milk have a healthy diet and stay off drugs and any other things that alter your body/life...except alchohol you can get a lil of that if your old enough that is!!! haha

to grow taller you shouls eat proteins like: chicken,pork,turkey,and other meats. in the morning u can eat eggs with milk. these foods will make u taller (trust me:)

A calcium and iron deficiency would make you shorter but if you are getting enough of those vitamins, there is nothing to make you taller.

There is nothing you can do or eat to change your height. You will be as tall as you will be and that's that!

liver, sausage, and tripe. rocky mountain oysters are good too.

it gives you healthy, strong, long bones.
