Both are good but if you make a card the girl will feel you apprecitate her more.

I think make one, or at least if you're buying one, get one that at least shows you've thought about it. Making a card is better though, it adds that 'personal touch'. Pity you're past valentines day now!

I made a card and left it on the side to dry (3d metallic glue) and my b/f came home and did not see it and dropped a book on it and squashed my masterpiece! I called him a tit and threw it in the bin. I felt guilty afterwards and went out and bought a card for £2.45 and a game for his xbox 360 to make up for me being horrible to him. What did he get me???? A pair of control pants to hold in my tummy!!!! Who said romance is dead!!!!

Do I still love him?
Of course :-)

Make a card if you have the time. My hubby painted me a lovely one (& it made up for the fact that he didn't give me any flowers or chocies or anything & left to go to paris this morning - without me).

Making a card is always more romantic and shows that you really put your heart into it.

it means more to make a card because then it is not something that you bought but something that comes from your heart. that means more than even the most expensive thing that you could get for her.

Unless you have some mad talents at poetry or painting or drawing, I'd just buy a card.
