Are there any empaths out there?

Can anyone describe the way it feels to be an empath because I think I am an Empath but I don't know for sure. Also
will God punish me if I dig into it and use it to help people?

The true definition of an empath is when a person can actually tell without verbal communication what another person is feeling emotionally as well as physically. For example: I just wrecked my bike because a guy ran the stop sign whilst talking on a cell phone. I'm very mad and my Right knee is hurting along with the right ankle and left inner thigh muscle where it hit the top bike tube. Plus, I'm panicked because I have no insurance and neither does the driver of the vehicle. If you're an empath, you'd know I'm mad, my right knee, ankle and inner Left thigh hurt followed by panic shortly after the guy got out of his car and told me he has no insurance! THAT is empathy! And for the last, I'd have to read the Bible again and speak with a couple of theologians I know.

It might help you to look up the word and understand it's meaning:
If we assume that an 'Empath" experiences "Emapthy" then:
–noun 1. the intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts, or attitudes of another.
2. the imaginative ascribing to an object, as a natural object or work of art, feelings or attitudes present in oneself: By means of empathy, a great painting becomes a mirror of the self.

. . . you would be going through this.

Would God punish you for feeling anothers feeling? I guess it depends on what you were going to do after that. Would you use that ability to harm another?

Me = not an empath . my fiance is.

Hers the description - When around people you are able to pick up "vibes" usually emotional. You do this not only when you see people ( just reading body language) but even when you cannot see them.

It works both ways. You tend to make people happier when u are happy, and sad / angry when you sad / angry.

My advice learn to block - qik tip = visualization is a powerful thing - visualizt a wall around you to help block.

is that some psychic religion?

telepathy can just feel like your normal emotions, but they're not yours.

God gave us all gifts, some spritual some "psychic" and some physical, but He intended us to use them for the furtherance of His Kingdom (the lives of people devoted to Him). Helping people is all well and good, but a good deed with selfish intentions is not all that great....

and don't get into cultic stuff. the occult/psychics/palm reading/etc is considered witchcraft and sinful. So yeah, it's punishable.

You will have to figure this one out for yourself. I can promise you, however, that god will not punish you for anything that you do, since there is no reason to believe in the existence of such a thing. So, go forth with intelligence and good will, and do the best that you can.

God WILL definitely punish you. The only possible way to avoid God's punishment is to send me $5,000. E-mail me for details.
