Yes, there are vision therapy programs that can train your brain to interpret the sensory information from the eye.
If you are interested, you should seek a vision therapy optometrist in your area.

My optometrist found that I had a similar condition. My right and left eyes do not work together as well as they should and recommended therapy. Her office asked my insurance company for approval but I haven't heard anything.
In the meantime, I've found this book and started reading it:
The Program for Better Vision: How to See Better in Minutes a Day Without Glasses or Contacts! by Martin Sussman
So far, it seems promising and provides some resources.

here's the good news:
You can improve your eyesight by simply learning, naturally and practicing the correct way to see for a few small minutes a day.
You can check this method based on a scientnfic researches : http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413
if glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.
"Restore my vision? program you'll be taken by the hand, it shows you how to improve your vision naturally, permanent and complete solution.
Even the American Optometric Association has been forced to admit these things!
The secret to restore vision naturally

i have been trying to figure out the same thing. i heard that if you eat alot of carrots, your eyesight might improve. ive been thinking of getting glasses/contacts myself but fear that those will only make my eyesight worse but that there are contacts that you sleep with that work on your eyes and improve them. they definetiley work because i friend of mine wore really thick glasses before and now doesnt need glasses at all because of those contacts

Unfortunately, corrective lenses of some type must still be used to improve eyesight. Other methods have been tried, but have proven to be unsuccessful, by and large. Sorry.
