Yes,
Proof of the oneness of God are available to any sincere seeker, whether following the path of logic or the path of love. All Messengers have been sent to Humanity to help human beings carrying forward an ever advancing civilisation. As the teachings of the Messengers become forgotten with time, a new one is sent to readorn the divine revelation.

Simple, yes, but simplistic. It falls apart when the core of each religion is examined. Each must be butchered in order to provide a "harmony" of them.
"To maintain that all religions are paths leading to the same goal, as is so frequently done today, is to maintain something that is not true... they are simply not starting from the same premises ...The great religions are talking at cross purposes."
Professor Zaehner, then Professor of Eastern Religions at Oxford University.

Certainly. It is simpler yet, and more consistent with the evidence, to believe in no god and no messengers.

It would be simple but it would not be the truth.
One God, and Jesus is The Christ.

one God yes, all messengers, no.
that'd be a contradiction, because the Bible says that there'd be those who teach falsly.

Sure, if you want to lie to yourself.
