I like the Mesquite Chicken from Quiznos.
but I get it with chipotle mayonnaise and batch 81/83 sauce instead of the ranch dressing, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses, tomato, bacon, and lettuce, on their Rosemary Parmesan bread.
mmmmm, I'm salivating just thinking about it.

Fry and egg in small pan. Be sure to mix the yolk and whites to get a nice consistency. Pepper and salt to taste. Put on a cold slice of white bread. Add a little catsup and a second slice of cold bread on top. Butter the bread if you want. Nothing beats a fried egg sandwich.

No. As a baby, I loved Sunbeam white bread with lower priced spiced ham lunch meat. i'm particular there wasn't somewhat ham in it. If I had some today, i might want to feed it to the dogs -- if he'd eat it. i love BLTs, yet my low sodium eating regimen would not enable me to eat them. (i visit cheat if I scent Sir Francis Bacon.) lately, my sandwiches were low-sodium turkey pastrami. i love it, even though it may't evaluate to Sir Francis Bacon. I also like tuna salad and fowl salad on toast, and that i love Steak & Shake's Portabello & Swiss burgers.

Homemade chicken salad. Cook several chicken breasts and cube them. Mix them with mayo, a little sugar, chopped celery and onion, and chopped pecans and apples. This is my absolute favorite, and when I don't want to bother to make it, I can get it at Arby's. It's not QUITE as good as my homemade, but it's pretty close!

It's hard to beat a deli chopped liver on corn rye with caraway and a big kosher dill and cole slaw w/ a 7-UP. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
