Depends on what kind of guys you want to attract. It's way too easy to attract the wrong kind of guys, but if you want a guy that bad .. dress like a little slut, and be loud and obnoxious. Don't forget to flirt endlessly.
As for the right kind of guys, I really have no idea. That's something I'm still trying to learn. =/

smile . be nice . be friendly . be relaxed and know boys are people too . talk to them just like you do your girlfriends .
be well groomed smell nice and look like girl not a boy . wear a dress or pink stuff or whatever but dont dress up like a boy .
thats all there is too it.
