I agree with Jin_Jur and would also like to add that you should give yourself enough value (without being proud or arrogant) to realize that someone who doesn't call you back is not worth your time. Don't be mean or vindictive, just let it go and wait for someone who is true to their word. There are plenty of fish in the sea so don't get impatient! ;)
