Wash your hair. Run some anti-frizz serum through it. Buy some appropriately sized hair rollers. Big for bigger curls small for smaller curls. Use them by splitting ure hair into one inch sections and rolling down. Keep them on till your hair dries. Remove, run ure fingers through the curls, add some hairspray for hold, and presto u have curls hair without any heat damage. Its worth it if you really care about ure hair.

By purchasing the plastic, magnetic rollers and a bottle of setting lotion. That's what Ii use. My curls last all day and they're bouncy, firm and has plenty of shine. My hair is in great shape because I stop using holding sprays and heated hair appliances.

Spray on a heat protecting spray on your hair before styling with a curling iron.

WEll im not exactally sure but i think that the best way is to go to a store and there is always products to protect your hair from heat and frizz. herbal essences has it and other do to
