Yes I have but you just find a place that is dark and nobody can see, or if you get the girl hot enough then she wont care. Some dance clubs have a bis stage so you can go under it, or if you find a girl with a vip room then just go in there. But it does really happen, I am living proof

Also i think alcohol has a big part in it.
I once saw a couple having sex in a club. well actually they were in the toilet cubicle. I didn't see exactly but you could hear what was going on
