now, lasy year in july the dermalogist who i saw today said he gave me cream i checked my records i never received cream, i tend to worry too much so anyways i ask him does it look serious he says no, and then i says what if it doesnt clear up with this fluocinode cream?? he said we will cross that bridge if itcomes up, should i be concerned??

maybe you are getting dehydrated from the water temperature. I get the same way after I run. My face turns into a mess of red and white blotches. My brother says it looks live hives. I don't know what "hives" are. it's not a rash if your skin doesn't rise or you don't have any bumps. it's probably nothing to worry about. just try getting in while the water is warm then every 2 minutes adjust the water so its cooler and cooler. when you get out see if there is a difference.
