Yeah, it works. Act like you don't like 'em and they start coming. But then you actually CONVINCE yourself you don't like them.

I think a lot of women have a tendency to postulate situations, come to conclusions, and then try out solutions. A man that acts like he doesn't care about anything is a man that has something hidden deep beneath his tortured soul and the inclination is to fix it. If there is any gleam of hope, and inkling of kindness a woman will stay with a man hoping that he will change into a caring loving soul.
Me personally....I aint got time for that head gaming, I would rather have a man treat me right from the get go. Plenty want a woman they dont care about, as trophies, companions, babysitters. But not too many stay with them because after a while you just want compatibility. A friend , a lover, and someone to share your thoughts with when no one is looking.

I should hope you would not be with a woman you do not care about! because what you are really saying is... I don't care about myself enough to show this person that I do care about her, and if the feeling is not mutual....her loss!!
Be good to yourself first then the right people start to show up in your life... open up your heart andd love will come to you. Sound's cheesy but that is how the universe works, by the laws of attraction, like attracts like. Good luck fella, and big love to ya!!

You have a valid point, it is true to a certain extent. Women do it too. But when you do that you are suppose to still care about the reason you started doin it in the first place. If i so happens that after all that you find your self not caring anymore, then I guess you were not suppose to be with each other in the first place. I actually don't know where your getting this, I would much rather have the man persue me than have to work to get him to show an inch of interest.
I get frustrated and bored if the guy isn't showing interest, and if I'm already in a relationship and he stops than I'm out the door.

i don't think that's how it works. i think women are attracted to the "bad boy" type and these guys are generally self-absorbed and selfish and the entire time, women try to change this guy and it'll never work out... the only way this type of arrangement would work is if the girl stops trying to change the guy and if the guy grows up. the end.

Maybe that's the way it is with the women u r meeting.
I don't like mind games like that. I want a guy to show that he does like me rather than treat me like he doesn't care cos that will lead to me to genuinely not caring about him and leaving him!

Its not about not caring, its about distancing yourself enough. Its like fishing, you have to reel the fish in and let it tire itself out. And once your at the level where its a relationship, if you dont show that you care you wil screw it up.

That is not true. Everybody seems to be like that to a certain extent. It like once the challenge of the chase is gone they don't want you anymore.
