All through my teenage years, I had really oily skin on my forehead etc. (t-zone) and normal skin on my cheeks. Since I turned 20, my skin's been getting more and more dry - has this happened to anyone else? It's strange cos I never had to moisturize much, and now I even use night cream! Is this normal?

Yes, this can be normal, and drier skin is a normal part of the aging process, but see a dermatologist for a consultation if you are concerned:
your skin should not be increasingly dry, and this may be due to several factors such as:
a lower fluid intake,
climactic conditions,
a vitamin/mineral deficiency or imbalance,
or even a slight allergy.

Dry skin is a big thing. One of the problem is because we wash in chlorinated water everyday. Chlorine is a bleaching agent and it strips away the natural skin oil. All the cream and lotion we put on is not the same and it is a after application. I do have dry skin myself and I use shower filter. It really help is you case is same as mine. Use shower filter and also apply the cream to see it that works. I myself uses shower filter and finds it to work for me, but still I use cream.

Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and use a face pack of ripe bananas and honey. You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for dry skin at the link below.

Me too, my skin is always dry now, and before that was never a problem. Maybe it's a change in climate, or perhaps it's just another stage of growing up.

As u grow older , ur hormones change too.
Hence the change.
Ur diet reflects a lot on how u look too, ur skin hair etc , so be careful what u eat.

Yes -- it is normal. It is the shift in your hormonal level as you mature that does that.
