I don't like the spray tans. I like the lotions that are out there that tan you more evenly and gradually.

First, spray tanning is NOT bad for you...
The Mystic doesn't look orange IF you prepare your skin correctly and take care of it like you're instructed to. When you get it done get the Hypertan solution and the Mystic Maintainer...it's worth it. It lasts about 7 days, depending on your skin and how much you wash, swim...etc. It usually costs about $25 per session!

Mystic tan is between the more desirable sensible spray tans. be particular you pass very gentle. if you're diminished, only have the placing low so that you've a kiss of colour. Over doing it really is what makes it look the most faux.

yes! it makes you orange. i tried it once last summer and it made me so orange. the orangeness will last for about 6 days then it will fade. i had to scrub so hard every night to try to make it go away. it's uneven and everything. i went to the tan company to get it done so maybe its there that makes you orange. ive had friends get it done elsewhere and it looks great. but it cost me 25 or 30 bucks. i would say you should probably go in a tanning bed or more safely use a gradual tanner such as jergen's...best of luck to ya.

I have not tried it but I know it is more expensive than using a tanning bed. I think it does last a lil longer though. The reason I've never tried it is b/c everyone that I know that has came out orange and splotchy and stained. It was weird...

Try Tan Towel- It's awesome- if you are fair - buy the regular ones- not the deep dark ones- you have to start with the regular and then you can use the darker ones later once a base color is established- i have a porcelain complexion and i didn't turn orange - they key is to do thorough exfoliations for a couple of days and make sure you moisturize afterwards...Go to tantowel.com ...give it a try!

if you get it done right, then no it doesn't make you look orange. prices vary depending on where you live. i think it's about $35 to get it done where i live. it lasts a few weeks i believe.
