So, we have hardwood floors throughout our house. My problem is, when we sleep at night and move around in our bed, the bed scoots across the floor. Do they make any kind of rubber material that goes on the bed frame's feet so that the bed won't scoot across the floor? It's driving me crazy!

Get one of those non-slip kitchen mats. It's made of a rubbery material and comes in various colors. It looks almost weaved. I'm sorry... I don't know what they call it, so I hope you know what I am talking about. :) Many people use it under rugs to keep them from slipping but it works good on just about anything. Just cut it up into the size/shape you want (cuts easily with scissors) and glue it to (or even just set it under) the legs.

You can go to Home Depot, Lowe's or any hardward/home improvement store and purchase round or square rubber pieces or some are trimmed in brass that are non-skid 'feet' so to speak that go under the legs of the bed. They are made specifically for beds and tables.

I had the same problem and all I could find in home improvement stores were products to help them move! I found somewhere online to cutout pieces of shelf liner (the rubbery pourous kind) and place on the bottom on the legs (I didn't have to attach them). It worked for me, but I have tile floors. It's worth a try though. FYI, I also discovered laying sheets of shelf liner keeps my kids twin bed mattress from moving around too!

You can get assorted size cane tips at any medical supply store; they are fairly inexpensive and easy to install and won't mark up the floors.

I have rubber cups, about 2-1/2" in diameter, that probably came from a hardware store. They work like a charm.

Go to a craft store and buy mats of felt with sticky stuff on one side...cut them to the shape you need and stick 'em on.
