With the Better Business Bureau I had filed a complaint against Apple Canada Inc . The issue has now been resolved and I need to let the Better Business Bureau (BBB) know of this that, I no longer require their aid wih this matter. How can I do so? (There is no BBB contact #, nor e-mail)

You'll probably have to contact them the old-fashion way - snail mail! Just compose a letter telling them exactly what you say here - that the issue has been resolved and you no longer need their help.
Type in your location information in the fields on the web site below and it should direct you to the BBB office closest to you (assuming you haven't done so already). If you have, you may have to contact the primary BBB directly and tell them of your problem.
Best of luck to you!! :)
