My husband(Mexican) and I (white as can be) had the same problem. We chose the name Javier Aden. Since some of my family has a hard time pronouncing Javier, we went with a Spanish first name with an easier middle name. Those that can't pronounce Javier, either call him Javi or Aden.
Other names:
Alejandro
Roberto
Arturo
Ivan
Aaron (pronounced A-rone in Spanish)
Juan

I personally like Jesus (my name). I think it flows rather nicely with Argueta; though it does kind of sound like a dictator name (LOL). Daniel works also. Daniel Argueta. Raul or Saul Argueta. Not too bad, it might be a little difficult for English speakers though. Raul would be the easier one.
