i am a very shy peson and ever since this guy at work found out that i liked him he always stares at me and makes it obvious he is very shy to. we have talked a couple of times and everything was fine i think he likes me but iam not to sure. i get so nervous when i am around him that i ignore him sometimes i dont want him to think that i am not interested in him what should i do?

You definitely need to make the first move. A shy guy will never make the first move. It's always easier if the girl does it. If you don't, you will lose him.
Try to find out what interests him and then strike up a conversation concerning that interest. From there, the flame will be lit and everything will work its way out.
As shy as you are, shy guys have more to risk being rejected. MAKE THE FIRST MOVE!!

If you're shy and he's shy, why don't you get his cell phone number for heaven's sake? Don't call him, send him a text message! Text messages are so great to talk to someone you might be interested in. It won't put you on the spot and they give you time to think about what you're saying. Oh yeah, and don't mention the staring thing to him. That could be embarrasing. Chances are, now that he knows that you like him, he is looking at you to see if you are looking at him!!!

Asking for help with a work-related problem may be a good way to break the ice. If he is shy, too, I think you will have to be the one to initiate the friendship.

Don't be nervous around him.Give him the ol' statue of Liberty play. When you are talking to him, touch him on the arm, and see what he does. If he doesn't do anything, then he's a loser! See if smiles at you, after you smile at him. Sometimes guys, just don't get it!
