but this guy i like, and have liked has a girlfriend, and im one to believe that if he loves her he will not stray right? and the fact is, he has strayed... and i want to tell him how i feel. i want him to know that i really like him and im not doing it to be a ***** to his girlfriend, im doing it because if i don't say something ill always think what if? and what im asking is what should i say to him?

I can tell you a definite. It will be horribly bad karma against you. When you think that you finally found a man who you love greatly he will cheat on you.
If you actually do steal this man away from this woman, then he will definitely be stolen from you.
What a horrible thing to do to another person. And if you do that. you are being a ***** to his girlfriend. Don't be a jerk.

Tell him what you want to say. You put it out there fine right here. Just realize this...the guy strayed on his girlfriend already, not only does that say that he doesn't care about her enough to not stray...it says that he has no respect for relationships and the boundaries that are supposed to be set by them. Therefore, he is an A$$. Go right ahead and tell him how you feel so you don't wonder what if, but realize you are impressed with and like a guy who isn't worthy of it.

oh me oh my, is the right answer. Never believe that a guy who strays on someone else will not break you too. And thinking what if is better than saying because why. And getting hurt for the rest of your life. Lions and tigers and bears, oh my. These are the kind to leave in the jungle. Go out and find a happy land to hunt for a real smart, nice and cute guy who loves you like the sun, the moon and the stars, and will keep the sun shining over you! Not someone who will punch your lights out.

No harm can come out if you tell him how you feel, well, unless he tells his girlfriend, but no "guy" is that stupid.
Just tell him that you think he's a great guy and that you've developed feelings for him. The worse thing that could happen is that he'll reject you. We've all had our share of rejection in life.
But if he's intrigued by the idea, then don't push it and let him make the choice.
BUT, if you know that he has strayed in the past and that he would so easily stray on his current girlfriend then he could easily do that to you too. Right !!!

What makes you think that if he ends up with you, he wont stray to someone else just like he did with you to his girlfriend? Guys who cheat and don't love the girl they cheat with... are NO GOOD. I'm not saying cheating is acceptable, but good enough reasons from guys who would never cheat on someone they actually care about are losers. He'll leave you too.

be true to yourself if u have feelings for this guy persue them instead of thinking about what might have been and if he's straying on his current girl there's 2 way to look at that he's either looking for something better to come along or he's just to immature to handle a real commitment, like i said you'll never know until u try

Just be blunt with him on how you feel. That is what I would do, I mean, u just said "WHAT IF?" My advice is you never know until u feel the fear and go for it. Also, just be brief, dont over do it. Just say I like u for than I should since you have a girlfriend. If you are friends with his girlfriend you should tell her how you feel also, but as the rules go Hoes before Bros. And be careful!

well yeah it is a little selfish, but i cant blame you, unfortunately we get these kinds of feelings out of nowhere and there's nothing you can really do about it. but if he strayed w/ this one girlfriend hes with, that's him showing his true character. please try to find a guy who can be faithful, i don't want to see you crying on an episode of 'cheaters'!

Just say for the sake of argument you tell him, and he leaves her, and he gets with you. What makes you think he won't do the same thing to you that he did to her?
