No...but, it can be acceptable depending on many things. If you have a high intesity work out that you do 5 days a week. Try not to put cheese on it, and dont use much condiments such as BBQ sauce, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo. And put lots of veggies on it. Also if you are having high fat dinner and breakfast than its also not a good idea.

But I had a freidn who had bran cereal in the morning with fruit and small glass of milk, Did a high intensity work out. Had veggies and soy meat for lunch, and had a hamburger from McDonalds for dinner every day. He was very healthy on the outside, and inside.

So it can be done, buts it takes a lot of work.

No, of course not. First of all, the burgers are high in fat (and therefore calories). Secondly, you're getting all that white bread (the bun) at every lunch -- whole grain is a much better form of carbohydrate.

i don`t think that is healty,maybe once or twice is ok,even that may be to much ground beef...i1d be scared of madcow disease.
