I have dvd camera with 3.7v 11mAh Li-ion battery. But some time when I recording video usu. the camera show the no battery ICON and then automactically trun off. And after few seconds when I restart the camera, it show me the exact charg of the battery and after some minuts again it auto. show the no battery ICON!. What can I do?!

The battery that you have listed is NOT the battery the camera uses for the main power. The 3.7v 11mAh battery is the back-up battery for storing the system clock. That is the reason why the battery is so small / tiny. Think of it like a watch battery for the camera.
You need to recharge the main batery that will look like a large brick. Take the camera back into the store from where you bought it so the clerk can show you how to rechareg the camera.
