totaly depends on who you go to. Some can require alot, some not much.

So i am guessing that you are asking what the minium credit score is to get approved with a 1500 line of credit from HP ?
Probably not overwhelmingly high for the most part. I would think just having average credit could get your approved, the interest rate could be high though.
If you wanted a guess I would go with 610.

There is no set score, each company will have there own rules, in most case you can get the loan even with a low credit score but they will charge you more interrest.
a tv or a bow flex, thats a great dilema

every institution is different but if your score is under 600 an approval is highly unlikely.
