I just don't have that excitement for love anymore. How should I fix that? For instance, I had a chance to go out with a girl tonight, but I choose not to.

Why do you think you should be crazy about love? Because the media and society says so?
I'm spend a lot of time alone and that is always the best time of my day. I'm single most of the time and don't have many friends. Some of us are not very social beings. Every species in the animal kingdom have instances of members showing this tendency. This is not harmful at all. The society might call me wierd, but I am not going to change unless it affects me negatively

Maturing can change the way you look for love. You can begin to see that you have examined the flowers in the garden, but the right flower comes to the heart that waits for the season and the reason for love itself. Waiting for love's garden is a mature way of life. Roses take time to grow, wildflowers come with the sun and leave with the rain. The life is in the roses. Don't know about your situation... I think once one stays single for along time, he/she naturally develops ways to adopt to, "survive" (hopefully not bleak like that), and perhaps ENJOY life without a partner. If that's the case, you might be confused whether you're truly happy alone or are still tired of the couple world and not ready for it. Honestly, I've the same problem and am still in search of the root cause.
I wouldn't worry too much about it though, especially you haven't been single too long. Just enjoy your life and you will know when it's time for love.

You probably just aren't in a segment in your life where you feel like you need love from a relationship. That is fine, you may want to focus on your career right now. There will come a point when you feel like you are ready and when it comes run with it. A lot of people are single and most of them are unhappy because they are, if you are single and happy being single more power to you.

Maybe you have been burned one to many times. Or you have priorities and love is lower on the list. Let see maybe you are working on taking care of you and You are the priority right now. As for how to fix it, I would need to know what broke it to begin with. Sorry, I wasn't much help. No big points for me:(.

By your pic it doesn't seem like you have time to love a woman. You probably did her a favor by saying no. It is obvious that the reason you can't love is because you are too stuck on yourself. Go to the gym and talk to the weights, that seems to be where your heart lies.

maybe because you have been hurt by a love one and those feelings never dead. you need to go back and look into that situation and come one with yourself again. maybe you havent found that right girl look harder she is out there somewhere waiting for you to come along
