ummmmmmm well I don't think it's fair of you to say that anyone who is human can possibly be anything else. Unless of course you mean someone who is more responsive you others needs. Human can mean greedy nasty or anything. Because Humanity ultimately diverse. So I think you need to elaborate on the question so we can analyse it correctly lol.

Someone who does the same thing over and over and expects different results.
Someone who breeds seemingly uncontrollably, adding to our already massive numbers on this planet.
Someone who believes that lying and deception are okay, even in modest amounts.
Finally, anyone who gives into their primal urges uncontrollably, ignoring the fact that we have evolved frontal lobes to rationalize what we do, before we do it -- not after.

"the mark of someone who is totally human" would be someone who has the ability to defy their nature. Choosing to love the unlovely, for example.
I say this because animals do not have that choice, they are compelled by their nature.
