OK here is what I use and my hair is super Healthy.....I use sleek look by matrix shampoo and conditioner and I also wash every other day then after I wash my hair I put a product called silk therapy you just use a little bit or it will make your hair greasy.then comb it out and blow dry.I do not really use hairspray and all that stuff because it is so drying to hair. Also get your hair trimmed ounce a month. If you want it to grow in extra nice take a prenatal vitamin!

it may well be properly worth it to get it decrease so the splits are all out. perhaps ask the stylist what is going to be the smallest volume which will be decrease. split ends commute up the hair shaft and could no longer restoration themselves. Getting it dealt with by surprise is how you are able to keep it fit longer. And a trim each and every six weeks will keep it searching that way, and let your hair to augment longer :D i imagine you understand this already, yet when your hair is warmth damaged, attempt no longer to apply warm oil.

I don't cut my hair and I don't get split ends. I know somebody who had never cut their hair and then they started cutting it and then all of a sudden they started getting split ends like crazy. Just don't cut your hair and you won't get split ends.

if you set the blower on cool it takes longer but it doesn't dry out your hair much and also use leave in conditioner.
