What is a nice affordable destination for our family? Our children are ages 21, 18 and 14. Specific information would be greatly appreciated. When is the best time to book these to get the cheapest rates? Please answer:)

You may want to check with www.applevacations.com for information on all-inclusive trips in the caribbean. That will give you a good range of resort properties.

You will want to book at least a month in advance for cheaper rates. Airlines usually increase their rates within 21, 14, and 7 days. If you wait too long, you will have to worry about the trip selling out.

aaa.com also has a lot of discounted vacation for its members. I barely use them for roadside assistance, but have really gotten my money's worth from travel discounts.

You should consider Puerto Rico, it's great, very tropical and has all the ammenities of the states, plus you don't need a passport.
