Hey, my bf has been acting kinda distracted here lately and last night I confronted him about it. He said I worry to much. And he admits he has been giving me the cold shoulder but it is okay cuz he still loves me. He says that I need to learn how to deal with it cuz he gets in these moods.
I want to know how to get him over it or even how I can accept that he is that way.

The term cold shoulder means he is blowing you off, not letting you know whats bothering him. you either have to let him get through his mood swings, or tell him that you want to be a part of everything, the good, bad, and ugly, and that you are there for him.

cold shoulder = ignoring you or barely acknowledging you.

If he gets this way from time to time, you'll just have to accept it. Some people just withdraw and don't want to be around others sometimes.

You worry too much :-)

But really, think about it as a phase. I guarantee it will blow over and if it doesn't ask yourself if that's the kind of relationship you want to be in.
