I have been best friends with this guy for almost 15 years... well I just stole his girlfriend away on Valentine's Day. LOL. The thing is this.. she wants me to move in with her and we can kick him out to the street where he belongs.. anyway, for a V-Day present to him, she's going to break up with him in front of me and then I am going to propose to her? Too mean, or no?

Really dumb.. sounds like you are getting yourself into a heap of trouble with this broad.
Hopefully your friend will understand that you were thinking with the wrong head and totally manipluated by this broad to be there for you when she screws you over in a "really funny way" with assistance from her next chump....

If she does stuff like that, how long before she does it to you? The whole situation sounds mean. I am pretty sure you are going to lose your best friend, and most likely the girl, too. Even PUNKED would not do anything that mean. Think before you act.

Sounds like you are not much of a "best" friend. To throw away a 15 year friendship is nuts. Your new girlfirend sounds like a compassionless *****. I would rethink how abusive she may be to you at a later date

Well, i you want the truth i think it may be a lil mean but don't propose to her if you don't really love he. Cuz if you don't love her and your only proposing to get him angry then yhea i don't think it's right.... but wat do i kno it's your life do what you think is right.

just one more thought...think about the fact that you've been god friends with this guy for longer than you've known her right?, well l think you should think about that friendship before you go jumpin to conclusions.
