Count number of windows and calculate the sizes, calculate number of squares for siding. Sq is 100 sq feet. calculate linear feet of gutters and downspouts. Then go to Lowes or Home Depot web site and figure out the prices for each. This will give you a starting point. Labor depends on the job and your area. Personally, I would call at least three local contractors and get written estimates. Ask for material and labor separately. In so east michigan, I spent $4000 or windows, and $900 for gutters. Then again, I do not know the size of your job so yours could be higher or lower.

First, work out how many windows, sidings and gutters need to be replaced. Expenses will depend on the cost of labor at your site. This varies too as per your location.
