How do I line up 9 straight objects (pens, pencils etc) in a row like this (lllllllll) but somehow make 10 out the 9 without adding additional pencils and without breaking any in half?

My questions should say how do I make 10 lines out of the 9 lines? THe 9 lines benig made out of pencils pens or whatever- the object used isn't relevant, but somehow I should be able to ake 10 l;ines out of the 9

you line them up so they spell T E N. i cant post it here but count the lines there are 9. you confused the question because you assumed they had to be in a row which is impossible.
