Never cheat on such a thing.
Just get a miniature bottle of
good rum for your cake and
then another one for yourself.

It is snowing outside and
I am too lazy to write out the
recipe and no doube some-
one will cut & paste one
for you, but it is basically
a brioche with apricot jam
poured over it and maybe
a few pistachios sprinkled
on top ... be sure to let it
cool before you try to slice
it and then serve it with some
whipped cream and the
best hot coffee you can
find.

You don't see them in
supermarkets because
they wilt a little quickly.

Peace & Love

No but you can test them on me!!!! Don't use cheap spirits tho. Personally, I would cheat and put whipped cream on them and lots of rum and stick a cherry or something on top and away you go. Yum Yum.
