I like to cut 1 inch slits down the whole tenderloin and stuff garlic cloves in the slits. Then rub with olive oil and season with salt pepper and thyme and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

I like to take a knife and slice open my tenderloin, but careful enough not to cut it completely apart. Season the inside with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Next stuff the inside of your tenderloin with a prepared boxed stuffing mix. Close your tenderloin up and secure closed with either large toothpicks or twine. Next season the outside with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together 2 cups of Dijon Mustard, 1/2 cup of honey and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Pour the mixture over your tenderloin and bake in a 350 degree oven for an hour and a half to two hours. Enjoy!

As is seasoned liberally with salt and pepper OR terryaki is always nice with pork tenderloin. If you don't like either of those you could marinate it in olive oil, chopped garlic, and lemon juice. OR (lol) just make a pan gravy and serve that way.

There are some marinades you can buy in the spice aisle (I like McCormick for grilling) that you just add water and oil to and you let it sit in there for about 30 minutes and you can bake them or oooooh, grill them. That is my favorite way to have pork tenderloin...

I marinate in teryake sauce, dried ginger, and powdered hot pepper to taste for about 30 mins, then do a quick sear on both sides and finish cooking for about 10 mins in a 350 oven. Serve with fresh snow peas and rice.

Depends on if they are breaded or not.

Breaded I deep fry.
Not breaded I fry on the stove top.
Or, if it is a roast, I bake it.
