Marijuana -- odds of it causing seizures are minute-to-none Staying up all night -- odds of it causing seizures are minute-to-low Caffeine -- odds of it causing seizures minute-to-low in itself, with the following, exceptionally high Adderal -- odds of it causing seizures -- high-to-exceptionally high. Type II Diabetes -- odds of it causing seizures -- high to exceptionally high, esp. with above two Its the Adderal. Didn't anyone warn you about the side effects? Did it not occur to you to look up the side effects before pumping your system full of it. One of the nice little side effects of Adderal is seizures. As a Type II diabetic, you should not be dabbling in caffeine or Adderal, nor should you be staying up all night. You should be watching your diet and controlling your blood sugar. Probably the sanest thing you said you are doing is the marijuana. Cut out the Adderal, improve your diet, stop with video game addiction, and I bet the seizures will stop.

OK, I stopped taking my adderall about a year ago because it was tweaking me out far to much (45mg a day of Adderall XR) and because my girl told me she likes the way I behave better without it.
That being said every once in a while I still grab one of my old 15mg or half of one of my 30mg pills now and again when I know I really *need* to be tuned in that day.
During those times when I'm smoking the easiest way to explain it is that it's an entire "head" high and no "lazy" body feelings. I wouldn't combine them recreationally though because adderall is a heart-popping (LITTERALLY) stimulant and you *WILL* kill yourself on that if it's not prescribed.
I know many will find that to sound rather hypocritical, but so be it. You know body dude, I'm just glad you asked instead of just "figured it out".

Well the beauty of the mix is simply the great feeling of being "high" with a shot of adreneline. It is similar to drinking a red bull after smackin a bong. The combo is particulary helpful when smoking "schwagg or schwiggy" as we like to call it. This being the cheap weed with seeds in it. If you're some one that lives on the edge I reccomend it before a night of drinking.

There is no real conflict.
But I reccomend vaporizing instead of smoking. Or cook with it.
Smoking is really harsh on your body.

It is never good to mix drugs. Talk to your doctor, you are legal to have marijuana right?
